Welcome Marco Farah

We’re excited to welcome Marco Farah as Dfns’ new Event Manager. As Dfns grows across Europe and beyond, events have become a key way for us to meet partners, clients, and the wider digital assets community. Marco joins us to bring more structure, consistency, and quality to everything we do, from large conferences to small, high-touch gatherings.

From global conferences to close-knit events

Marco brings strong experience running complex international event programs. Most recently at DentalMonitoring, he managed large scientific congresses, masterclasses, and webinars across Europe and APAC. He handled sponsorship contracts, supplier negotiations, on-site logistics, budgeting, and compliance. 

Before that, he worked at Société Générale on group conferences and exhibitions, coordinating multiple internal teams while ensuring events met the bank’s brand and quality standards. Earlier roles at Mandarin Oriental and Marriott also strengthened his focus on service, detail, and guest experience.

What this means for Dfns

With Marco on board, we’ll run better, more thoughtful, and more impactful events both at major industry conferences and in smaller, private settings. In the coming months, Dfns will be more present at key fintech and digital finance events such as Money20/20, SIBOS, and Fintech Meetup, as well as selected conferences focused on regulated institutions and digital assets. Marco will help ensure our presence is not just visible, but useful, with strong speaking opportunities, high-quality booths, and clear demonstrations of how Dfns powers secure wallets, custody, and programmable finance at scale.

Just as importantly, he will lead our private side events: dinners with senior leaders from banks and fintechs, invite-only roundtables, small networking sessions, and our Dfns Downloads series inside our offices in New York. These moments are where some of our most meaningful conversations happen and where partnerships turn into real projects.
