
Clarisse Hagège is the co-founder and CEO of Dfns, a cybersecurity company specialized in wallet infrastructure for web3. In addition to her role at Dfns, she serves on the board of the MPC Alliance, mentors for Techstars Web3 Launchpad, and advises crypto startups at Station F.
Before founding Dfns, Clarisse earned a BSc in Geopolitics and History from Sorbonne, an MSc in Finance from Sciences Po, and an MSc in Applied Economics from Dauphine University. She then spent ten years in investment banking, working for Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, and Crédit Agricole CIB. At CA-CIB, she was the youngest person to become Chief of Staff to the CEO and took on various roles, including research analyst, wealth management, and global coverage. She also initiated the bank's first hydrogen financing project. Today, Clarisse lives with her partner, Christopher, and their two children, splitting their time between New York and Paris.
